Delete your Jackaroo Clash account

Delete in the app (instant)

Open Jackaroo Clash and tap the Settings (gear) button.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete forever. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Request by email

No longer have the App? Email hello@hookreplay.dev with the subject “Delete my Jackaroo Clash account”. Send it from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, or include your in-game username. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in links (device ID, Google or Apple ID, email); for Apple, we also revoke the App's Sign in with Apple access
Your push notification tokens
Your username, avatar choices and rename history
Your friends list and pending friend requests
Your leaderboard scores and stored game data

What is kept, and for how long

Encrypted database backups that may contain your data are overwritten within 14 days.
Short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) are removed within 30 days.
A minimal deletion record (the internal account ID only) so the deleted account can't be silently restored.
